Lenders of private education loans are required by the Truth in Lending Acts to obtain a completed self-certification form prior to disbursing any loan proceeds.
The following forms are to be used by students who have loans with the Fund.
Use this form to request that a student loan check be sent to you. Before submitting your request be sure you currently have an approved loan amount available.
Complete this form to apply for a student loan deferment. If approved, payments on principal will be deferred and your interest rate will be lowered from the repayment rate of 6% per annum to the student deferment rate of 2% per annum.
